Part of the late 2000s indiepop scene in Brooklyn that led to Vivian Girls and the Pains of Being Pure at Heart, though without quite as much of a legacy. They're sort of part of the post-punk revival too: a bit angular, super echoey, and a really thin sound. For whatever reason, I keep thinking they sound like Television Personalities (they don't, really), but in reality they're probably a bit more like someone like Josef K.
