I'm not really as familiar with this band as I feel like I ought to be? They're sort of in the same realm of someone like the Shop Assistants, a not-quite-noisy indie pop that rolls along pretty shakily (Slumberland's profile for the band tells me that Shop Assistants' management helped them tour the UK). It's pretty cool how they were doing something like this around the same time that the C86 bands were starting to get up and running in the UK, but independently of their influence (and maybe even a bit earlier), but they're not a band that I find myself with the urge to listen to all that much, for whatever reason.
