I saw the Hobknobs at Providence Popfest, and I remember them mostly being an acoustic duo with occasional contributions from a touring bassist. I didn't think of them as being particular highlights of the festival, though they were solid enough. From the singles of their upcoming (as of the time of writing) debut album, it sounds like they're going to get a bit more rock, though still on the delicate side of things. And for the dual vocals fans (like me), there's of course plenty of that too!
