Turns out I meant it when I said I was going to get better about responding to emails, because this page was an email submission! The Junior League kind of remind me a bit of Chime School in that it seems to me that it pulls about equally from traditional jangle pop wells like Let's Active or Paisley Underground-type stuff and also alt-rock bands like Lemonheads, who fit in with indiepop a lot better to my 2020s ears than apparently they did in the 90s? But I digress. Adragna's voice is a bit gruffer than the typical jangle pop singer, and I think he reminds me more of like Uncle Tupelo-era Jeff Tweedy than anything else?
