I was at the record store recently, and as they typically do, they're playing some music over the store soundsystem. But this time around, it's this band that sounds like an incredible mix of the Primitives and the Cranberries, and I feel so stupid because I should know all the bands like this by now, right? After a couple songs, I finally give up on figuring out who it is, and go to ask the guy behind the counter. As I'm sure you've figured out, it was Moonpools & Caterpillars! I asked about it just in time too, because a couple minutes later somebody else was asking the same thing, but I'd already bought the copy they were playing!
