I'm not particularly familiar with their 90s-00s work, but I'm a sucker for a cute cat on a cover so I have heard Quite Small Happiness! So expect this bio to potentially change as I listen more. Anyway, from what I've heard Pervenche is one of those bands that mixes slowcore with indiepop, sort of like a band like Tacoma Radar, or maybe the more melancholic side of Yo La Tengo. Their guitars kind of jangle very slightly, but mostly they just sound weighted down, you know?
