The Reivers (formerly known as Zeitgeist, until another band who had the name longer made them change it) were a jangle-poppy, post-punky type band, not too dissimilar from early R.E.M. and others of that ilk. They're admittedly not quite indiepop just yet, but they're obviously moving in that direction relative to their time, and in some songs (especially those with vocals by Kim Longacre), they get really close to being there! I cannot possibly recommend this band highly enough to anyone who likes jangle pop, or especially anyone who is even nearly as obsessed with early R.E.M. as I am!
