Say Sue Me are one of those indie surf bands that used to be really big back in the early 2010s: that is, they sort of sound like jangle pop except with the jangling guitar being replaced with a surf guitar. It would be easy to compare them to Alvvays' debut, for example, though generally I feel like Say Sue Me is a bit more laid back than Alvvays are.
