Secret Address describe themselves on their social media as variously "noise twee" and "a somewhat naive but good-natured confidant". While I can't speak to the latter from experience, I've listened enough to know that "noise twee" is fairly accurate as a descriptor. The singer is typically in a falsetto range that my friend Lucy says sounds like surf pop to her, and which I just thought of as a bit more 60s melodically than most noise twee tends to be.
