I would have remained totally unaware of this band if Texas Two didn't cover them on their debut album, but after finally giving Sex Sux a listen I can really tell how much of them ended up influencing Texas Two! They're not quite as otherworldly noisy, but they're also a noisy duo that takes after the Vaselines a bit, and they've probably got the better vocals of the two bands.
