I actually came across these guys on this very website (Neocities in general, not via the Atlas of course)! And I'm glad I did, because this is exactly the kind of thing I'm always wishing there could be more of! The Sourdrops aren't really reinventing the wheel here; on their Neocities page they tell us they're fans of, among others, the Shop Assistants and Talulah Gosh, and they sound exactly like it. It's fast, it's poppy, and it sounds like it's constantly on the verge of falling apart in the best possible way. With a bit of time, I think these guys are going to be a really big deal in the world of indiepop, so make sure to check them out before all your friends know about them!
