This band kinda came out of nowhere in 2025, as far as I was aware; now they're one of the leading practitioners of what I've seen called "laptop twee". In general, they kind of sound like mid-00s anthemic indie rock, but with more synth noodling and random samples. They seem likely to be one of the more important bands in indiepop for the second half of the 2020s, but I think they're probably a fairly acquired taste. I've got a few friends who totally swear by them though!
